नई दिल्ली: शेयर बाजार आमतौर पर earnings, interest rates, inflation, liquidity, economic growth और investor sentiment जैसे factors से जुड़ा माना जाता है। लेकिन भारत में कुछ traders और investors market की दिशा समझने के लिए एक बिल्कुल अलग framework का इस्तेमाल करते हैं—financial astrology।
इस approach में planetary movements, zodiac signs, lunar cycles, dashas और यहां तक कि किसी stock exchange या market index की “birth chart” को देखकर बाजार के संभावित उतार-चढ़ाव का अनुमान लगाने की कोशिश की जाती है।
भारत में यह practice अब केवल कुछ ज्योतिषियों तक सीमित नहीं रही; इसके आसपास consultations, reports, research platforms और paid services का एक छोटा लेकिन वास्तविक business ecosystem बन चुका है।
हालांकि, financial astrology और conventional financial analysis के बीच एक बुनियादी फर्क है। Astrology-based market predictions के पक्ष में reliable scientific evidence स्थापित नहीं है। इसलिए इसे investment decision-making के प्रमाणित alternative के रूप में पेश करना उचित नहीं होगा।

क्या Financial Astrologers SEBI-registered होते हैं?
यहां एक अहम distinction है।
हर व्यक्ति जो astrology-based market commentary करता है, वह automatically SEBI-registered financial adviser नहीं होता।
